111FD Surface Mounted Bifold Hardware
A commercial grade folding door hardware system that is designed for use with heavier than normal doors. Precision extruded commercial grade .052 6063T6 aluminum track features Johnson's line-design fascia to hide finger marks and scratches or to hold paint if desired. Patented "tricycle" hangers with large nylon 1" dia. (25mm) ball bearing wheels, ride smoothly and quietly on convex shaped rails with precision single point contact. Hangers feature a quick disconnect clip system facilitating easy mounting or dismounting of door panels. Hangers are adjustable for height in case of settling. Floor bracket has an adjustable bottom pivot socket. System is supplied with non-mortise hinges that can be replaced with customer supplied mortise hinge. 14 – 16 gauge zinc dichromate plated steel parts. The heavy duty extruded aluminum I-beam track is made to the most precise specifications, and the large four nylon wheeled ball-bearing hangers are manufactured with Johnson's lifetime warranty in mind. Heavy-duty pivots and pivot guides are designed to hold heavy bi-folding door panels firmly in place and are completely adjustable. Heavy gauge steel components are zinc plated for a quality appearance. Hinges not included. |

200FD Bi-Fold Track and Hardware
The 1601 Hardware Series system provides 100% jamb-to-jamb access for bi-fold door applications. Door panels fold 180 degrees and lay flat against the wall. This system does not use top track. Top-hung hardware system with adjustable 6063T6 extruded aluminum control arm. 14-16 gauge zinc dichromate plated steel parts. System includes 1605 non-mortise lift-off hinges and 1703 shock absorbing self-aligning hinges. |
